Fair rules,short version.

By using t21.dev or any tool hosted on a t21.dev subdomain, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site. That is the whole contract.

You are welcome to:

• ·Read, quote, or link to anything on the site for any reason.
• ·Use our open-source projects under the licenses published in their respective repositories.
• ·Use our hosted tools (md-viewer, bin21, how long, others) for personal and commercial work at no cost.

Please do not:

• ·Abuse our infrastructure (automated scraping at unreasonable rates, denial-of-service, spam).
• ·Upload content that is illegal where we operate, or that is clearly designed to harm others.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer authentication, bypass rate limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• ·Imply that Team 21 endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your product without our written permission.

You own what you paste, upload, or author. By using a tool that publishes or shares content (for example, bin21), you grant us the limited rights necessary to store and serve that content until you delete it or it expires. We will not use your content to train models or sell it to third parties.

The site and tools are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We try hard to keep things working, but we do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team 21 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which is usually zero.

We link out to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Treat those links with the same caution you apply to any link on the internet.

We may update these terms over time. If the changes are material, we will update the last-updated date at the top and, where appropriate, announce it on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Team 21 is established. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at contact@t21.dev so we can try to resolve it informally before anyone files paperwork.
